01. SDK New Cutting Machine Launch

D-160C6(GEN 2) is a roller feeding Hi-speed shaped cutting machine independently developed and produced by SDKCNC. It is an efficient guide belt cutting machine for flexible materials with hi-accuracy cutting system in large size on the basis of Canon APS-C camera CMOS image positioning.

02. Features

Felt Conveyor Belt Worktable:

This machine comes with an aluminum alloy honeycomb suction table and a felt conveyor belt feeding system, paired with a rear material loading rack for continuous roll material processing. The large-format work surface is ideal for most high-speed processing applications and material needs.

Large Vision Intelligent Cutting System:

The cutting system is equipped with large vision capabilities and connects via Ethernet for easy setup. It uses visual positioning and smart contour detection for one-click, edge-free cutting. The photoelectric safety anti-collision system ensures safe and reliable operation, even during high-speed processing.

Versatile Tool Holder for Multiple Tools:

The universal tool holder supports a variety of cutting tools, including standard blades, electric vibrating knives, pneumatic vibrating knives, rotary knives, bevel knives, circular knives, and creasing knives. It can efficiently perform full cuts, half cuts, slotting, creasing, and contour cutting. The standard setup includes a drag knife and a high-frequency electric vibrating knife.

AC Servo Drive for the Whole Machine:

The machine is powered by an AC servo drive, with the XY axis using a precision planetary gear reducer for enhanced power and quick response. The transmission system features ground helical gears and linear square rails, ensuring smooth, reliable operation at high speeds with precise cutting results.
