 Die-cutting molds are usually made of finished blades, shaped into a certain shape according to the shape of the identification plate, and inlaid in a wooden base plate. This is also called a blade mold. Manually, first draw a wire saw to cut the grooves on the wooden floor according to the required shape, then bend the blade in a simple forming machine, insert it into the wire groove and fix it, and glue an elastic sponge in the cavity for the elastic material.
Although the hand-made blade mold is simple and easy, it is difficult to control the shape with complex shapes and precision requirements. At the same time, because there is no comparison of one mold and one workpiece, it is more adaptable.  The consistency of the finished product is difficult.
